Bruno Boy!
Bruno's story started off sad... then it became happy... and then it turned absolutely heartbreaking.
About 4 years ago, a kind college student reached out to us after finding Bruno wandering the streets. Even though she lived in a small apartment, she couldn't leave him behind. She took him in and asked Fairytail Endings Rescue for help.
When we first met Bruno, he was in terrible condition. He was underweight, his skin was in awful shape, and he had what appeared to be cigarette burns all over his body. He was completely shut down emotionally.
Our veterinarian couldn't confirm or deny that they were cigarette burns, but one thing was certain—Bruno had been through far more than any dog ever should.
So we got to work.
Bruno received the veterinary care he needed, slowly gained weight, his skin began to heal, and little by little, his beautiful spirit started to shine. He finally knew what it felt like to be safe, loved, and cared for.
Then came the moment we'd been hoping for...
An amazing family was looking for a foster-to-adopt dog, and Bruno seemed like the perfect match. After completing their application and approval process, Bruno went home.
We stayed in constant contact, receiving wonderful updates, photos, and videos. Everything pointed to the happy ending we'd dreamed of.
After three months, we were celebrating.
"This is it... Bruno is HOME!"
A year passed, and we truly believed he'd found his forever family.
But then... everything changed.
I received a message saying they could no longer keep Bruno because life had become too busy and they no longer had the time for him.
So Bruno came back to us.
Now, two years later, Bruno is still waiting.
Still wondering.
Still hoping someone will choose him.
And the truth is... they're missing out.
Bruno is an incredible dog. He's loving, resilient, and despite everything he's been through, he still believes people are worth trusting.
After all the heartbreak this sweet boy has endured, we're praying that the next family who falls in love with Bruno will truly be his forever family.

No cats or small dogs... I'm sure he'd love to just be the King of his castle... So only dog. Bruno is located in Valdosta, Georgia where he's boarding with Trainers Dan and Austin with Alpha Basic Training for Dogs and Humans. But with the right application, Bruno can be transported anywhere.

Sweet Summer!!
Sweet Summer 💞
Summer is a 3-year-old Plott Hound mix, about 40 pounds, with the sweetest heart and an incredible story of resilience.
She was found as a stray after having puppies and arrived at the shelter absolutely terrified. So frightened that she ended up on the euthanasia list because no one had the chance to see the wonderful dog hiding beneath her fear. We knew she deserved a second chance-and we're so glad we gave her one.
Since coming into foster care, Summer has completely blossomed. Watching her discover what it means to be safe, loved, and part of a family has been nothing short of amazing. Her confidence grows every day, and she's embracing this new world with curiosity and excitement.
Summer absolutely loves other dogs and would thrive in a home with a playful canine companion to continue building her confidence. She's now comfortable and trusting with people, enjoys meeting new friends, and has left her fearful shelter days behind.
She's also the total package:

Like many dogs of my breed, I’m very active and full of life. I would absolutely love a home with a fenced yard where I can run, stretch my legs, and play like a dog should!

He was taken to Miami-Dade Animal Shelter at just 2 weeks old, weighing only 1.32 pounds and already sick 😥. He spent nearly a year there, was adopted, then heartbreakingly found as a stray and brought back to the shelter 😔. When he returned, Aladdin was described as skeletal and suffering from a painful skin condition. He never got the puppyhood every dog deserves 🐾💔

Since leaving the shelter, Aladdin has been thriving — gaining weight, healing, and finally feeling healthy and safe 🥰

THE NEED FOR SPEED
Speed is a true survivor 🙏 At just 6 months old, he was placed on the euthanasia list at Miami-Dade Animal Shelter due to a prolapsed rectum 😥 The shelter believed he was suffering and that his condition was not fixable and wanted to euthanize him 😔
Fairytail Endings Rescue stepped in and chose to get a second opinion—and that decision saved his life 🙏Speed was taken to a surgeon who confirmed his condition was treatable 💞 He received the surgery he needed and has since made a full recovery!
Now 7 months old, Speed is:
✅ Neutered
✅ Fully vetted
✅ House trained
✅ Great with dogs, cats, and kids
He’s still working on his leash manners, but he’s a smart, happy puppy eager to learn ❤️ Speed has lots of playful puppy energy and would love a fenced-in backyard where he can run and zoom to his heart’s content 🐾 Based on his age and build, he will likely grow into a large breed dog 🐾

EVANGELINE!
Evangeline is a Miami-Dade Animal Shelter survivor who was once on the euthanasia list—and now she’s thriving and looking for her forever family 💕
When we rescued Evangeline, we thought she just had a cold and needed antibiotics 👍 Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case 😞 She was diagnosed with canine COVID and pneumonia and spent several weeks fighting for her life at Coral Springs Animal Hospital.
After being released, Evangeline went to a foster home that didn’t work out, so she moved into home boarding where she was finally able to decompress, heal, and feel safe again 🙏 We then had her spayed, but complications arose when she began bleeding and clotting, which had us extremely worried once more 😢
But Evangeline is a fighter. Like the champ she is, she pushed through every obstacle—and came out stronger 💪 Today, she’s healthy, happy, and living proof of resilience 🥰

Shee Shee Bon Shiloh!
Shiloh came to us as a stray after surviving unimaginable hardship 💔 He was living in a dangerous area in central Florida where people were shooting BB guns at him, and one individual even threatened his life 😞 Every day was a fight for survival 🙏
Thankfully, Shiloh is now safe and cared for at our rescue facility in Port Charlotte, FL 💞
Given the trauma he’s endured, Shiloh is understandably cautious with humans—especially men 😔 He is very observant and takes his time learning to trust 🙏 However, once he feels safe, his true personality shines ✨ Shiloh is playful, affectionate, and deeply loyal, making him a wonderful companion 💓
Shiloh would thrive best in a calm, low-key home with a single woman who can offer patience, stability, and love 😍 He walks beautifully on a leash, is crate trained, and house trained 💪 While he gets along with other dogs, Shiloh would prefer to be the only dog in the home so he can soak up all of your attention.
